There is a first time for everything and the other day was the first time for Tomato Jam. Slightly acid, I don't think I would spread it on my bread but it is excellent with my favorite lunch, cottage cheese! I tried to follow the recipe because I was afraid it would not gel, but things didn't go quite as I had planned so I had to do a little "ad lib"-ing. What do you know it actually still set up!
