So today Kasie came down and helped me paint the furniture that has been occupying my front porch. The kitties loved having a place to hide but every time I went in and out it was a thorn in my side reminding me of all the things I need to do and have not yet accomplished. So I scheduled a day and said let's see what we can get done. :) Kasie started painting about 9:15 or so and as we only had one paint brush, I ended up doing the handyman jobs. Moving, disassembling, fetching this and that, decorating, setting up the bed and making it, etc. Abby and Sarah came and helped a bit too. Pretty busy and productive day even though I am still setting amidst stacks of books in the middle of my living room. :)
Oh and the best part is that the king is once again watching over me from his lofty perch thanks to John M.
